Delaney and her team are awesome. Everyone very helpful. Only negative is the amount of flat bed cards that are on hand. Many people are keeping them inside their lockers. GREAT JOB AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. TY

It was very hard to park and we had to walk a LONG way to our unit because there was no space to pull up to the unloading dock. And we were on the second floor and there was not an elevator.

Only problem was that when I came back the next Tuesday to rent a truck, U-Haul’s truck rental computer was down, apparently throughout the country. There was a disconnect between the laborers I hired through U-Haul’s Moving Help web site - they thought I had rented a truck; I thought they had one. Fortunately, one of the men offered the use of his van, so my move ended up very successfully. Also, despite the truck-renting computer being down, the U-Haul staff was able to extend my unit rental from one to three months. So the experience ended up very well. The guys from Elevation Moving and Cleaning Logistics were very professional and helpful, as were the U- Haul office staff.

The facility has an upper level and a second flloor. I had moved my article to the second floor before discovering my unit was on the upper level and not the second floor. The upper level did not have an elevator which made move in considerably more difficult. This was not obvious when we were assigned the unit.
